Practice Description
Representation of clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Practice includes complex commercial disputes, business litigation, real estate litigation and dispute resolution, landlord-tenant disputes, business torts, contract claims, construction disputes, arbitration and mediation. Representation of debtors, trustees and creditors in bankruptcy courts.
Recent Representative Matters
- Representation of owner/operator of ranch facility in fraud and deceptive trade practice trial brought by livestock investor.
- Dispute between national telephone companies in litigation alleging tortious interference with telephone contracts.
- Representation of bankruptcy trustee in numerous adversary proceedings to recover avoidable transfers by regional nursing home facility.
- Representation of commercial landlord in dispute claiming fraud and breach of contract to repair premises of ice cream distribution facility.
- Defense of cleaning business in suit brought by federal agency to recover alleged assumed loan balance.
- Multiple representations of commercial landlords as bankruptcy creditors in fallout of telecommunication industry.
