Representation of lenders and institutional investors in permanent, mezzanine and equity financings secured by or involving real estate projects, representation of institutional investors and developers in the acquisition and/or sale or real estate projects; advice and counsel with respect to negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, management agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, loan documents, development agreements, security agreements, title and survey matters.
Recent Representative Matters
- Representation of a life insurance company in a permanent loan of $40,000,000, which was secured by a hotel property located in San Antonio, Texas.
- Representation of a life insurance company in a permanent loan of $13,000,000, which was secured by 6 office buildings located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
- Representation of a life insurance company in three (3) permanent loans totaling in excess of $40,000,000, which were secured by apartment projects located in Arizona and Colorado.
- Representation of institutional investors in connection with the sale of industrial, retail, apartment and office projects located in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
