Developer or lender representation in commercial residential, office and industrial real estate transactions with respect to single- and multi-property acquisitions and sales, debt and equity financings, development and management contracts, asset management agreements, asset portfolio acquisitions, video and telecom service agreements, restrictive covenants and owners’ associations, developer internal compensation arrangements, and financing modifications, rearrangements, workouts and settlements.

- Represented developer in debt- and equity-financed development of multi-phase office complex.
- Represented developer in development of luxury multi-use project.
- Represented developer in preparing global agreements for investment by a REIT in portfolio of multi-family projects.
