Practice Description
Representation of real estate owners, investors,
lenders, developers and borrowers in leasing, acquisition, disposition
and lending transactions, including the negotiation and preparation of
purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents,
partnership agreements, construction contracts, service agreements,
license agreements and easements, and the review of title, survey,
zoning, leases and other diligence items.
