The firm characteristically obtains candidates for summer and full-time employment through on-campus interviews of second- and third-year law students, and from the on-going evaluation of unsolicited resumes that the firm receives. Second-year law students wishing to be considered for a position with the firm as a summer associate should forward a hard copy of their resume to the Recruitment Committee for receipt by the firm prior to the end of September. Decisions regarding new full-time associates for the following year are, generally, made prior to the end of October each fall; however, applicants are encouraged to forward resumes to the firm's Recruitment Committee at any time during the year.
